At Invisible Drain, we strive to provide customers with a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience. We understand that sometimes returns and exchanges may be necessary, and we have established the following policy to ensure a fair and transparent process.
Our return policy allows for 30 days from the date of purchase. Regrettably, if 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Return items must be in new condition and in their original package. All returned Products must be shipped prepaid and fully insured. Please use a reputable courier for returns. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items. Send the returned items only to the address indicated in your return instructions.
Refunds will be applied to your account once the item has been received and inspected through our warehouse. Please allow 5 to 10 business days following delivery to our warehouse for credits to be issued. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment for the purchase price. Refunds from merchants can take up to 5 business days to be processed; check your bank about their specific times for refund processing.
Some items, such as gift cards and sale and clearance products, cannot be returned.

Step #1 | Go to My Account:
Go to the top right area of the navigation bar, and click to access your account.
Step #2 | Find Your Order:
Go to Orders on the Menu to find your order and identify the product(s) you bought.
Step #3 | Select item(s) you wish to Return:
You will find a link to return a product next to the product description. You can either return a single item or return your entire order.
Step #4 | Complete the Return Form:
You will have to complete the form for each product that you want to return unless you decide the return the entire order. You will have to explain the reason for your return and there’s an option to upload a file if needed.
Step #5 | Keep tuned with our Shop Manager:
Once your items are received in our warehouse, you will receive an email from us. You can also check the status of your return on this link return requests section.
Unregistered users should send their return request to firstname.lastname@example.org, stating the order number, the products they wish to return, and the reason for the return.
